Went out to Bigge Crane and Rigging in Oakland to workout with a rabid group of CrossFitter’s that Gedge has put together during their lunch hour.  Awesome time had by all and I can’t wait to go back.

Turkish Get Up – 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
*building up to a 1rm in the TGU. warm up well. perform sets of hollow rocks to get the core muscles firing appropriately before getting into these sets of singles.
