WOD 

A1. 4 Sets AMRAP Dips
A2. 4 Sets 30 Sit Ups As Fast As Possible (each set for time)

800m Run
21 Burpee Box Jumps
400m Run (Carry weight plate – 45/25)
21 Burpee Box Jumps

*Competitors- Max L sit  3 sets

Out of Town WOD

400m Run (-carry something annoying like that bag of goodwill clothes that’s been sitting in the back of your car since December)
