TJ’s Gym WOD for Mon. Feb. 20th

They said he was gone for good.  They said he’d never come back.  Then he walked in the door.  Timmy G, oh how we’ve missed yee.

Regular morning schedule tomorrow everywhere.  No classes after 1pm except for the 6pm Novato Class.  Thanks JBan.  No kids classes this week.

Open Gyms on T/Th at noon in SR, 7pm Wed night and 4pm Friday in Novato this week and 4pm in Mill Valley which is on the schedule from now on.

This Saturday is Seminar #2: The Foundation of Fitness- Strength.  The Squat, Deadlift and Press.

Register for the CrossFit Open.  We now have teams for all four gyms.  Gonna be a good time.
