WOD

Partner Workout:  4 partners

25 DB Snatch

15 Burpees

500m Row

400m Run

Each partner must perform each station 3x.  You cannot move to next station until your entire team has finished each of their stations.

 

Out of Town WOD

25 Sprawls

15 Situps

10 Pushups

5 rds

Mobility WOD
