I’m feeling pretty sure that this is a repeat pic but what the hell.  You can’t enough of KFree.

Sac Town Throwdown this weekend.  Big crew will be representing so if you’ve got the time head on up to the Placer County Fairgrounds.

WOD 

Five sets of max Dips. You can use bands, bodyweight or added bodyweight.

then:

20 Reps with empty bar Thruster (45/35)

Add Weight so you can complete 15 reps without failing

Add weight so you can complete 10 reps without failing

Add weight so you can complete 5 reps without failing

Row/Run 200m or Airdyne 15 Cals after each set.  If you fail your reps you owe 10 pullups.

Out of Town WOD

Max set of pushups x 5 rds

200m Run after each set.

Mobility WOD
