TJ’s Gym WOD for Sat. Jan. 14th

Shelby is working hard.  We’re going to get that girl moving like an athlete toot sweet because she wants it.

MLK Schedule for Monday is as follows:

Novato

7am, 9:15 and Noon
Mill Valley
7:30am, 9:15am and On Ramp 10:15
San Rafael
6:15, 8:30, 9:30, 12:00 plus 7:15 On Ramp
Corte Madera
 6am and 8:30 and 4:00 and 4:30 kids classes.

WOD

800m Run

1 Squat Clean (ahap)

10 Pushups

1 Squat Clean

9 Pushups

Continute until

1 Squat Clean

1 Pushup

800m Run

Out of Town WOD

10 Reps Each Leg Bulgarian Split Squat 50×1

5 sets

then:

800m Run

As many pushups as possible

400m Run

As many pushups as possible

200m Run

As many pushups as possible

100m Run

As many pushups as possible
