TJ’s Gym WOD for Fri. Jan. 6th

30 plus people in most classes day after New Years.  San Rafael got to use the outdoor “annex.”

As you guys know I love to geek out and find articles that everyone or maybe only a few people might find interesting.  I found this gem today.

Comparison of an In-Helmet Temperature Monitor System to Rectal Temperature During Exercise from the Journal of Strength and Conditioning.

It’s a compelling read.

Mill Valley’s Biggest Winner Challenge starts this Saturday.  10:30am on Saturday and 7pm on Monday for the information meeting in Mill Valley.  San Rafael, Corte Madera and Novato will start in ten days and we will have the times and dates for the info meeting up by next week.
