TJ’s Gym WOD for Wed. Jan. 4th

This is the slim, ripped outline of our own Dr. Kyle post workout.  The guy is over fifty and only packing half a clip and he’s got a sweat angel that Ricardo Montalban would be enraged by.  KHAN!  If you were able to put that rambling mess together then you will listen to me now or hear me later.  Thank you to the good Dr. for putting me on the mend this past week.  We couldn’t do it without you.

5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Toes 2 Bar

Out of Town WOD

1 minute Handstand holds,  3 sets

7 Burpees
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Toes 2 Bar
