This is Eric Benson skywalking. Shortly after this he was unable to tell me why he couldn’t finish his metcon due to the large volume of vomit in his mouth. 30 minutes or so later we had a brief debrief where he described his bagel and banana pregame meal. Even yummier the second time around. As I made an effort to describe the whole food, lower carb, higher protein and fat diet we suggest here, his eyes started to dim. We had a few emails back and forth and now it’s on him. Pin him to the wall and ask him how it’s going. Make an effort to try to smell if he has banana/bagel breath. If he does, watch out.
No Open Gym tomorrow due to staffing or lack there of. Nobody wants to work the Friday night before Christmas Eve shift.
