TJ’s Gym WOD for Tues. Dec. 20th

How would you feel after the Holiday Party walking into the gym and these four were whispering and pointing at you.  Then laughing.  Not good, that’s how.  Not good at all.

WOD

A. Bulgarian Split Squat 30X1; 10-12 reps; 3 sets

8 Rounds for time
8 – Dumbbell Renegade Rows (40/25)
8 – Dumbbell Thrusters (40/25)
8 – Dumbbell Sprawl (40/25)
*For Renegade Rows – 1 push up + 2 rows = 1 rep

Out of Town WOD

8 Rounds for time
8 –  Renegade Rows
8 – Jumping Squats
8 –  Sprawl
*For Renegade Rows – 1 push up + Turn and lift one hand up to the sky , then the other
