I don’t know if Andrea talked John into this or if John talked Andrea in but now they’re both here.  Great to have them.

HOLIDAY PARTY this Saturday in San Rafael at 6:30.  Bring something to share or not.  Bring something to drink or not.  Just bring your damn self to the party.

A1. Front Squat; 3-3-3-3-3; rest 0sec
A2.  Squat Jumps; 10 reps Explosive; rest 60-120 sec
