TJ’s Gym WOD for Thurs. Dec. 8th

Dan Golde’s brilliant creation for the racks.  Just came up with this on his own.  What a dummy.  I just ordered two more from him.

Rip sent me a great article.  What’s going on inside your noggin might be more important than how big your muscles are.

No classes on Saturday because of the Disposable Heroes Workout except for the teen TEAM class in Corte Madera at 11am.  First hundred TJ’s Gymers through the door in Mill Valley for the DHP workout get a special prize, courtesy of San Rafael’s Dave Davidson. The guy is a giver.   Doors open at 8:45 for check-in.  $60 check to DHP or cash (feel free to donate more!) gets you in the door with 100% of the money collected going to DHP.  Bring extra cash, because we will have a cool silent auction and store as well.

WOD 

A1. Strict Pull Ups; 5 reps for 5 sets
A2. Wall Walk; 3-5 reps (depending on ability); 5 sets
*rest as needed
