TJ’s Gym WOD for Tues. Dec. 6th 2011

Thursday, July 6th 2006. To Jeremy’s parents, Kelly and Jeremy, the
entire CrossFit family offers our deepest sorrow.

In young Jeremy’s honor the following kid’s workout will be
known from here on as “Jeremy.”

Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
Broomstick overhead squats
Burpees

Count your blessings, Everyone.

No classes this Saturday in the gyms.  The Disposable Heroes Project will be going on in Mill  Valley at 9am.  It will be $60 cash or check at the door.  100% of everything raised goes to the Project.  You should plan to be done at around 11.  (Pre-workout ceremony and a long workout).

A1. OHS – 3-3-3-3-3 @ 30X1; rest 30 sec
A2. L-Hang; 30 sec holds (modify with bent knees); rest 90sec
