TJ’s Gym WOD for Mon. Dec. 5th

Chris Skelton is happy about two things.  Movember is over and there is a couch in the room where he deadlifts.

Disposable Heroes this Saturday in Mill Valley at 9am.  There will be no other scheduled classes on Saturday at any of the gyms.  We are hoping our ENTIRE community comes out to rock this event.  It’s $60 cash or check at the door.  You can definitely give more.  There will be items to  bid on and all kinds of stuff so bring extra cash. Gifts for the first 100 folks who walk in the door.

December 17th is the Holiday Party at 7pm in SR.  It’s going to be good stuff
