TJ’s Gym WOD for Thurs. Dec. 1st, 2011

JD leaves nothing in the tank when he comes to the gym in Mill Valley.  You can always tell he was there by the CSI sweat splatter pattern all over the floor.  Very impressive.

Friday Open Gym in Novato at 4pm .

No classes in Novato this weekend due to the CrossFit Kids Cert.

Just another day in Coach Cory’s class at Hamilton Middle School.
