No classes after noon on Wednesday this week.

Thanksgiving Day TJ’s Gym Community workout 9am Redwood High.  Kids workout for kids in our TJ’s Kids program from 9:15-9:45.  We will keep an eye on the weather and will let you know if we develop a plan B or if we will just cancel via the blog if needed that morning.

Saturday and Sunday normal class schedule, but no TEAM, Kids, or Barbell Club.
On Ramp Schedules as usual except for Thanksgiving Day extra 7am On Ramp class in Mill Valley, open to all On-Rampers.

Friday, 11/25:

San Rafael:  8:15am, 9:15am

Novato: 9am

Mill Valley:  8:15am, 9:15am

Corte Madera:  No classes on Friday in Corte Madera

Saturday and Sunday normal class schedule, but no TEAM, Kids, or Barbell Club.

This week will be the final week of 6am Skill Dev classes in San Rafael on Tues and Thurs (no class Thursday for the holiday).  We will keep the Skill Dev classes in Corte Madera at 10am M, W, F.

Update on the DHP Fundraiser Dec 10th at 9am  in Mill Valley:

60sec Calories (row/airdyne)
60sec Thrusters (moderate weight)
rest 120sec

Out of Town WOD

40,30,20,10 reps of Squats and pushups
