30 Squat Snatches for Time 135/95

First missed snatch 400m Run

Second missed 200m Run

Third missed 20 Walking Overhead Lunges with a 45/25 lb plate

Fourth miss 1 rope climb (if you’ve been ok’d by TJ, Andy or Marcus) or 10 Knees to Elbows

Fifth miss start repeating foul list with 400m run, second, 200m run, etc.

25 min time cap

Out of Town WOD

Run 5k, every 5 minutes 25 pushups

Mobility WOD
