TJ’s Gym WOD for Thurs. Nov. 10th

Awesome suggestion from the Dylz. A book on how to get strong  for free from stronglifts.com and I read the whole thing in one day it was so spot on.
Class additions in Novato:

Effective THIS FRIDAY, NOV 11.
Please note addition of Strength to MONDAYS at noon INSTEAD OF FRIDAYS
and changes to the 9:15 time on Wed and Fri.  We will now have 8:30am
and 9:45am class times on Weds and Fridays! The 9:15 time will remain
the same for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.  We realize this may
take a week or two to get used to, but we hope it is worth the
additions and smaller class sizes.  PLEASE SEE OUR WEBSITE SCHEDULE FOR A VISUAL PRESENTATION!

Open Gym in Novato this Friday from 4 to 5:15pm

Forget everything I said about nutrition chats in Mill Valley.  More soon on that.
