TJ’s Gym WOD for Tues. Nov. 8th

We’ve got schedule stuff.  Mill Valley now has a T/Th 9:15am class added to the schedule and a Saturday in Mill Valley is now 7:30 OnRamp, 8:30 and 9:30 All Levels classes.

There will be a 7pm Nutrition Lecture with Marcus this Monday night in Mill Valley.  We are holding off on the mid week nutrition chat till we see what kind of response we get.  Maybe next week.

There will be some more additions to Novato soon as well so keep an eye out.

WOD

A1. Bulgarian Split Squat; 30X1; 6-8 reps; 4 sets

A2. Strict Pull Ups; 3-4 Reps; 4 sets
