*these should be squat cleans. modify to hang squat clean and jerk for new athletes.
B. “Death By Clean and Jerk” (115/75)
*1 in first minute, 2 in second minute, 3 in third minute, 4 in fourth…… until you DIE!!! or just give up.
C. 10 Wall Walks – slow, steady, with straight body
We’ve got schedule stuff. Mill Valley now has a T/Th 9:15am class added to the schedule and a Saturday in Mill Valley is now 7:30 OnRamp, 8:30 and 9:30 All Levels classes.
There will be a 7pm Nutrition Lecture with Marcus this Monday night in Mill Valley. There will also be one at noon on Wed in MV.
There will be some more additions to Novato soon as well so keep an eye out.
