Happy Birthday to Cathy.  Just a true sweetie.

We have some schedule changes:

Mill Valley-Starting this Saturday Nov. 5 we will be expanding Saturdays to 7:30 Onramp, 8:30/9:30 All Levels.  Then the following week we will be adding 9:15 am’s on Tuesdays (Allison) and Thursdays (Lisa).

10 T2B or V-Ups
10 Air Squats

5 Burpees
5 Shuttle Runs (2 cones 5m apart, touch end line 5 times for total of 25m)

Out of Town WOD
