TJ’s GYM WOD for Tues. Oct. 25th

I am still in full zombie mode from yesterday.  I apologize for not getting a proper post up last night or tonight.  I will dedicate the next week of posts to everything TJ’s Games.  If you have any media please share a link of it on the dboard.  WOW.  Best one so far is all I can say.


6 Sets

A1. Front Rack Russian Step Ups; 12-16 Alternating Steps (go heavy); rest 15sec

A2. Russian KBS; 20 Unbroken Reps (challenge yourself); rest 15sec

A3. 25 Anchored Sit Ups/15 GHD SIt Ups; As fast as possible; rest 15sec

A4. Row Sprint 100m; Rest 2:30 mins


Front leaning rest – Accumulate 150sec (place hands on rings for added challenge)
