TJ’s Gym WOD for Mon. Oct. 17th

Look at this sly dog.  I have noticed that there are three type of photo subjects at TJ’s.  “Don’t you take my effing picture” guy, “I’m wayyy too into my workout to notice” guy and “PHOTO OPP!” guy.  Which one do you think Barry is?

The next session of Barbell Club will be on Sundays, from Oct 30th-Dec 18th, 9:30-10:30 in San Rafael.  We will then resume in January, after the holidays.
The cost for the 8-class session is $120. Please email allison@tjsgym.com to register.
If you are planning to compete in the TJ’s Games, you should have received an email from Allison today explaining how the process will work from here on out. If you didn’t receive an email but you registered, please email allison@tjsgym.com asap so we can see what’s up.  Workouts will be announced on Thursday night on this blog and our discussion board.  We have over 90 athletes registered.  Awesome!
