TJ’s Gym WOD for Thurs. Oct. 13th

Happy Birthday to the good Dr.

Allison’s birthday is on Thursday and everybody needs to know it.  Bad ass in the gym, runs and manages all of our systems, gets the shorties to school and tirelessly tries to keep smiles on all of our faces.  The latest and greatest is her book.  Some of you know about it and some of you don’t.  The deadline is Nov 1st and the release is sometime in March.  “The Power of Community:  CrossFit and the Force of Human Connection will be the defining CrossFit book.  The one that CrossFitters give to their parents or kids or spouses to better explain not only what the hell this thing is but why.  What did I get her for all she does you might ask?  Her own email.  Allison@tjsgym.com is now her very own.
