TJ’S Gym WOD for Wed. Oct. 5th

It’s been awhile so I felt that it was time to get Jen Lutrell up on the blog.  She’s been an incredible athlete and supporter of ours for almost 2 years.  I am wondering out loud if she’s going to be making an appearance at the TJ’s Games this year?

OK, People. Tonight Allison has the announcement you’ve been waiting for:

The TJ’s Games Registration is live!  Please register by Wednesday, October 12th if you want to participate.  We will be announcing the workouts the day before the Games and at that point you will choose whether you will do them as prescribed or in the scaled or modified categories. Scaled will mean designated modifications or weights chosen by us.  Modified will mean anything goes.

The cost to participate in the Games is $40 and includes a t-shirt, thanks to one of our sponsors, Parallel Advisors.  Since the Games fall during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we will be soliciting donations for a local breast cancer organization on site at the Games, via some fun side competitions, so please be prepared to give if you are so inclined.  Checks or cash will be accepted.

Click on the link and then click on the Sign Up! tab under Email/User Name in the top right corner. Then just follow the prompts, giving yourself a password and gaining access to your account in our system.  Once you are in, you will click the EVENTS tab at the top to pay for the Games with your credit card or bank account info on file. There will also be an option to put in new payment info and it says that we accept VISA, MasteCard, and Discover, but we actually do NOT take Discover, so please do not try to pay that way. There will also be an option to donate to a charity designated by the software company we use. This has nothing to do with TJ’s Gym.
Ok, that’s about it.  Hopefully you will be able to buy other products in this way in the near future, as we finally enter the world of e-commerce here at TJ’s Gym!  Better late than never.
