WOD

Turkish Get Up Review

5 Rounds
10 Turkish Get Ups (53/35)
20 Box Jumps w/ Step Down (24/20)
30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

*Long Metcon alert*

Athletes should  use different weights for get-ups and swings if they are not very competent in the TGU.  Also athletes can use dumbbells instead of kettlebells to get most appropriate weight on the TGU.

Out of Town WOD

10 Turkish Get Ups Holding something heavy
20 Box Jumps w/ Step Down (24/20)
30 Situps
