TJ’s Gym out at the Ross Common’s for the Ross School Sleep on the Common Event.

The Paleo Challenge is uncomfortable.  Competing in the TJ’s Games in uncomfortable.  Tell that to this monster.

WOD

10-15min – Power Snatch Technique

6 Sets –
2minute clock
200m Row (sub 20 SDHP with 53/35 KB)
*AMRAP Power Snatch (95/65) with remaining time
rest 2mins

Out of Town WOD

For 6 sets

200m Sprint and AMRAP Burpees in 2 minutes

2 minute rest
