Starting tomorrow, MONDAY, Sept 19th, we are moving the 5:30 pm classes in San Rafael to 6:15pm on a trial basis. The 5:30 pm classes have been poorly attended for quite some time, and we have gotten feedback that people would prefer a later class time, instead. Hopefully this will be good news to many of you.
These 6:15pm classes will be held Monday through Thursday
Also, don’t forget open gym times this week Tu and Th at noon and Friday at 4pm, all in San Rafael. Please come if you want these to stay on the schedule!
Here is our current San Rafael schedule:
A1. Deadlift 3 reps; 4 sets; rest 60sec
A2. Weighted Push Ups 10 reps; 4 sets; rest 60sec
21 Wall Ball
Out of Town WOD
12 Handstand Pushups
21 Straight leg situps
