TJ’s Gym WOD for Fri. Sept. 16th, 2011

Sandy and her husband Chris have just joined and we know them from another life.  Now they are back in here like mayor’s of Marin.  They know everybody!

We are launching a couple of pilot classes next week in Novato.  We are going with 5:15am classes across the board and we are adding Monday and Friday 6:15a all level classes and a 7pm on Wednesdays.  Unfortunately we will be shelving the noon class for lack of enough interest.  These classes will kick in next week.

Barbell Club is launching this weekend on Sunday at 9:30am.  It’s for 5 weeks and costs $75 at the San Rafael location with coach Calen.  If you’d like to check it out for free once, let us know or just drop in.

Julie Whyte sent me this fantastic article from Robb Wolf regarding his take on the “Dr. Oz Diet” article in Time magazine.  Very personal and very interesting.
