TJ’s Gym WOD for Thurs. Sept. 15th, 2011

Josh L is a really sweet guy who is becoming a Mill Valley veteran.  Brings his own towel to class to wipe down his stuff when he’s done.  Now that’s a winner.

Barbell Club is gaining momentum.  That dude or chick who is next to you in class and is waayyyy stronger?  Yeah, probably BBC.

Noon Open Gym in San Rafael tomorrow.   If you don’t start coming, we won’t keep it on the schedule.  Let us know what you think about 5:30 pm Tues and Thurs.  Would that be better than noon on those days?
