Ashleigh R came to us from CrossFit Overload and she’s finishing up at Dominican for Occupational Therapy.  Interesting fact:  Her boyfriend is a world class superstar motocross dude.

The TJ’s Games are Sunday October 23rd.

Novato Kids class is suspended until further notice

Barbell Club is up and running this Sunday at 9:30am in San Rafael.  $75 for five weeks and you will become a super human freak of power.  That sounds like the deal of a lifetime.  Here is the video that breaks it all down.

We’ve got new Skillz and Development classes going on with yours truly and Calen on T/Th in Novato at 6:15am.  It is a great way to learn some solid basics while still getting in a nasty workout of course.  There is no extra charge for these classes or any of the Skills and Dev classes.
