Brad just sent me another article about how we have evolved to actually run.  Dammit!

Friday is Open Gym in Novato from 4:30 to 6 and next week we start the SR Open Gym on T/Th from 12pm to 1:15.

WOD

7 Sets
A1. 5 Front Squats; rest 0 sec
A2. 10 Burpees to Target (12″); rest 2 mins walking
*Front Squat weight increases with each set

4 Sets for Max distance or calories
30sec Row/Airdyne (meters/calories)
30sec Rest

Out of Town WOD

10 Sets of at least 100 steps on Stairs.  Only count the steps going up.  Fast as possible.

Mobility WOD
