TJ’s Gym WOD for Tues. Aug. 23rd, 2011

Christie Hoyle is a regular at the Skillz/Dev classes in CM.  Look for some changes to the programming for those classes in the next week or so.

WOD

6 Sets for Times
8 TnG Jerks
12  KBS (53/35)
16 Box Jumps (20/16)
20 Double Unders/Lateral Jumps holding dumbbells
Rest walk 3 minutes

Jerks are meant to increase in weight from set to set. Start conservative and make the last two sets very tough.

Out of Town WOD

10 Burpees

10m Shuttle Sprint

9 Burpees

20m Shuttle Sprint

8 Burpees

30m Shuttle Sprint

etc. till 1 Burpee/ 100m Shuttle

Mobility WOD
