TJ’s Gym WOD for Mon. Aug. 15th, 2011

We have a little rule around the gyms about not allowing “Top Popping.”  It means you can’t take your shirt off during a workout.  I had to inform my good friend K Demps of this rule the other day and this is what he showed up in today.  Laughed my ass off for ten minutes.

WOD

A. Sumo-deadlift – 10 mins to build to a tough double

B. 7 Sets @ 97-100%
8 KB Sumo Deadlift Highpull
10 Dynamic Push Ups
12 Box Jumps
walk rest 2mins

Out of Town Workout

7 Sets
8 Jumping Squats
10 Dynamic Push Ups
12 Box Jumps
walk rest 2mins

Mobility WOD
