TJ’s Gym WOD for Thurs. August 4th, 2011

This is kind of weird but here is a video with, uh, me in it.

The Women of TJ’s Discussion Group will meet on Monday, August 8th from 6:45-8pm at the San Rafael gym.  There is no charge to participate. The group is open to all women members and is facilitated by our very own Dr. TJ’s Gym (Allison).

WOD

Power Snatch Technique

6 Sets – Begin Every 5 Mins
5 Power Snatches
200m Sprint
Full effort on every round – increase weight on power snatch from set to set if you wish. Go heavy and challenge yourself.

Out of Town WOD

6 Sets – Begin Every 5 Mins
15 Box Jumps
200m Sprint

Mobility WOD
