TJ’s Gym WOD for Tues. August 2nd, 2011

How about that Deirdra Rogers?  4th place in the world and she finished 2nd in the second to last workout and 1st place in the final workout in the stadium with a packed house watching.  She didn’t win either, she crushed it.  Her athleticism and character throughout the weekend were amazing.  She was always her usual bouncy, joyful self and she made the weekend even more special than I could have imagined.

WOD

A1. Front Squat @ 30X3;  4-6 reps; 4 Sets; rest 90sec
A2. DB External Rotation @ 30X0; 8-10 reps; 4 sets; rest 90sec
