TJ’s Gym WOD for Thurs. July 21st, 2011

Alan told anyone and everyone who was within earshot that he just wasn’t sure if this program was for him because he really wasn’t interested in the oly or power movements.  Then he came 5 days in a row before he left on vacation.  His new nickname is “Barbell.”

Fix yo Hips

WOD

A. 200m Run x 4 sets; rest 2min between sets.
*record 5 times, bring a stopwatch to class if you hate to do your own math

“Tabata Something Else”
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Squats

*perform back to back tabatas (8 sets of 20sec on/10sec off) of the above exercises.

Out of Town WOD

A. 200m Run x 4 sets; rest 2min between sets.
