Not sure if Melissa has been on the blog but I’ve had her in class a few times recently and she’s kicking serious A.  Keep it up Cristo.

Shoes, Sitting and Lower Body Dysfunction:  Part 5

WOD

“Rode Hard and Put Away Wet”

25 Wall Balls

25 Sumo Hi Pulls

25 Box Jumps

25 Push Press

15 Cals on the Rower or Airdyne

3rds

You work as a team of 3,4 or 5.  You cannot move forward until everyone on your team has finished their reps.

Out of Town WOD

25 reps of the following:

Squats, Pushups, Situps, Box Jumps and Sprawls

Sprint for 30 seconds.

Repeat 3x

Mobility WOD
