TJ’s Gym WOD for Friday July 15th, 2011

Austin is a buddy of Dylan’s and when he walked in the door he immediately recognized Teesh who he went to high school with.  He is also the first person who got stylized by my new computer.  Let’s be honest, a new computer is a toy.  Let me play.

We are working hard to secure coverage for as many classes as possible for the week of the CrossFit Games.  We may only have to cancel a handful of classes at all four gyms but check the blog daily as we get closer.  The dates are Wed. July 27th-Mon. Aug. 1st.

For those of you new to our program the TJ’s Team qualified for the Worldwide CrossFit Games out of a pool of thousands of teams.  Our first place finish at the NorCal Regionals secured our spot amongst the top 44 teams in the world.

10 Box Jumps (step off)
15 Sit Ups

Score total number of rounds and reps completed. Keep this number for future testing.

15 Sit Ups
