TJ’s Gym WOD for Thurs. July 14th, 2011

Tara is getting ready for bootcamp!  She’s heading back into the army for the second time.  This time as a therapist for soldiers.  She’s come a long way and will continue making fantastic progress because she’s usually in the best mood all the time.

Shoes, Sitting and Lower Body Dysfunctions:  Part #3

6 months ago I suggested that you take a large chunk of your year and dedicate it to strict pullups.  That way you will strengthen your kipping pullups.  Some of you listened to me and some of you didn’t.  Tomorrow will suck more for some of you than others.

WOD

A1. Press @ 21X1; 5 reps; 5 sets; rest 60sec
A2. Walking Lunge 20-30 steps as heavy as you can handle (db/kb); 5 sets rest 60sec

50 Burpees for time
*start every minute with 4/2 strict pull ups (men do 4, women do 2)

OUT OF TOWN WOD

50 Burpees for time
*start every minute with 4 Squats

MOBILITY WOD
