TJ’s Gym WOD for Wed. July 13th, 2011

Amy and Kevin decided that it’s best to suffer with the one you love right off the bat rather than come home and bitch and whine about how sore you are and expect sympathy from your mate who is actually pissed that they aren’t in the program yet.  That’s just me doing some educated guessing.

*focus on efficiency and technique, make only the 4th set hard

B. “DT”

9 Hang Power Clean
6 Push Jerk


5 rounds
12 Pushups
9 Rev. Burpees
6 Kick up to Handstands
