TJ’s Gym WOD for Mon. July 4th, 2011

If there is something I would love to see more of around the gyms, it would be the Disposable Heroes T-Shirts.  I have put up the DHP website before on the blog.  This is your chance to really make a change in an injured soldier’s life.  Click on the picture on the left and represent yourself as a proud American who cares about those who gave all.

July 4th Schedule at the gyms are as follows:

Novato 9am

San Rafael 8am and 9am

Corte Madera 8:30am

Mill Valley 9:15am and 10:15 On-Ramp (for newbies by appointment only)

WOD

3 Person Teams

3 Rds.

45 Thrusters 95/65

45 Burpees

100m Buddy Carry

One athlete works at a time.  Each athlete takes a turn carrying a buddy.  One person carries on each round.

Out of Town WOD

“Murph”

1 mile run

100 Pullups

200 Pushups

300 Squats

1 mile run

*wear a 20lb vest if you have it.

Mobility WOD
