TJ’s Gym WOD for Fri. July 1st, 2011

Katie is the definition of transformation.  Because of my new schedule I don’t see her as often as I used to.  I am completely blown away when I see her “after” self now.

From now on you can find the TJ’s Gym WOD on Facebook everyday.  If you head over there don’t be afraid to “Like” us.  We want to get those numbers up.

We have some exciting news for those of you who want to be able to workout on your own at times at TJ’s instead of in your home gym or outside.  We will be launching an Open Gym program in San Rafael, perhaps as early as next week.  We are thinking of having two times each week in San Rafael and would like your input as to what times might work for you, if you are interested in this at all.  Please vote below for a 10:30 or 1:30 time during the week, or a 4:00 time on Friday, or a weekend late morning time.  Each time slot would be 90 minutes, manned or womanned by a coach who will be there to ensure everyone’s safety.  We will offer Open Gym punch cards at $100 for 10 drop-ins, which will expire after six months.
We will be offering a similar program in Novato shortly, so stay tuned!
