TJ’s Gym WOD for Tues. June 28th, 2011

For a long time now, I have dreaded writing this post.  The Bartles (Jen and Nick) have officially moved to Menlo Park.  The commute to Apple was killing Nick, and the move had to be made.   Nick and Jen are special people with two of the best senses of humor in town.  When they first joined, it quickly became apparent that our community was something that they truly believed in and would immediately make their mark on.  Not only were their physical transformations almost immediate, but we had handfuls of referrals from them in a matter of months.  Allison and I feel extremely fortunate to have become close to Nick and Jen, and while Menlo Park isn’t that far, it still stings to know we and our fellow gymers can’t see them every day.  I want to thank Jen and Nick for everything they have brought to us over the last eighteen months.  We will always reserve a kettlebell for you guys, so come back and visit any time.  Allison and I appreciate you both very much and can’t wait to spend some time with you in the Peninsula.  Do I need my passport?

A1. Single Arm DB/KB Row @ 31X0; 6-8 Reps

B. For Time
75 Burpee-Pull Ups
*Coaches will scale this number to make it appropriate for you.

C. Side Planks – 60sec/side x 2 sets
