TJ’s Gym WOD for Thursday, June 23rd, 2011

Starting next week there will no longer be Skills and Development Classes in Novato.  That time has proved be an issue.  We will revisit in the fall.

WOD

4 Sets
A1. DB/KB Static Lunge (stepping backwards) – 6 reps/leg (not alternating, hold 1 db/kb in the same hand that is lunging back. As heavy as possible with proper balance and technique)
Rest 45sec
A2. Turkish Get Ups – 6 Reps (alternate every rep)
Rest 45sec

4 Sets for Max distance or calories
30sec Row/Airdyne (meters/calories)
30sec Rest

Out of Town WOD

10 Sets for Max Distance

Run 30 sec: walk back to start

Repeat with no rest after walking back to start

Mobility WOD
