TJ’s Gym WOD for Monday June 20th, 2011

Toni’s version of a Father’s Day workout.  Is it just me but I have found that on Mother’s Day all Mom’s want is to pretend like their families don’t exist and on Father’s Day all Mom’s want is to spend the day  together as a family.  Hmmm?

WOD

4 Working Sets
A1. Power Clean 1.1.1 (perform 1 rep, rest 10 sec, perform 1 rep, rest 10 seconds, perform last rep…. all at the same weight. increase weight with each set if you can);
Rest 60sec
A2. Strict Toes-2-Bar; 10-15reps
Rest 60sec

5 Rounds for Max Reps
30sec Russian KBS (70/44)
30sec Box Jump (20/14)
30sec Rest

Out of Town WOD

5 Rounds for Max Reps
30sec Squats
30sec Pushups
30sec Rest

Mobility WOD
