In CrossFit couples who train at the same time rarely want to effing kill each other because of the inability to “coach” their partner during a workout.  This theory comes from firsthand experience.

Rob Orlando’s Strongman WOD has got some cool stuff going on.

OHS – Build to a moderate Double

4 Rounds
5 OHS 135/95
10 T2B
15 Dumbbell Hang Squat Clean (40/25)
20 Double Unders

Out of Town WOD
4 Rounds
10 T2B or Lying Leg raises
15 Reverse Burpees
20 Double Unders

Mobility WOD
