WOD for TJ’s Gym CrossFit San Rafael/Corte Madera/Novato Wed. May 18th, 2011

Julie Shephard is not embarrassed to show up her husband in a workout.  I saw it today.  Step it up Geoff.

There are no classes in Novato this weekend.  We are hosting the CrossFit Kids Certification.

WOD

5 Rounds
300m Row
12 T2B
50 Double Unders
Rest 3 mins (actively, walk 150-200m while recovering)

*Go all out on these row sprints team. 3 minutes is a good amount of time to recover. make the most of the. coaches please scale double unders as necessary. Modification = hold light dumbells and lateral hop over a PVC pipe that is 4-6″ off the ground.
