WOD for TJ’s Gym CrossFit San Rafael/Corte Madera/Novato Thurs. March 31st, 2011

After lugging the 18lb KB’s up and down the parking lot during the kids workout today, Savanna told me the weights YOU used were weak sauce.

RIP!!!  So proud of you. Muscle up!

Don’t forget the Barbell Club Clean and Jerk expo and Olivia Smith’s Raffle is happening on Sunday from 1-3pm in San Rafael.  Come and have some weightlifting fun in support of a great cause–Olivia’s journey to compete at the Jr. Nationals in Georgia.

It’s not just Savanna, by the way.  You know who else thinks you’re not bringing it lately?  Margie, that’s who.  She thinks it’s a good idea to go old-school to celebrate her birthday.  She is the  2008 TJ’s Gym Athlete of the Year, and she thought we all needed a little named workout to help you step up your game.  Happy Birthday, Margie!!
