WOD for TJ’s Gym CrossFit San Rafael/Corte Madera/Novato Tues. March 22nd, 2011

Tina Clements started with us after trying CrossFit elsewhere.  She was ready to give this thing a go when boom.   Skiing crash.  She bounced back and is now a regular at a lot of different class times.  Yet another great addition to our community. Thanks, Tina!

Toni’s Stretch Class is on tomorrow at noon.  $20 drop in.

Our 8-Week Change Your Life program is coming to an end, which really is just a beginning of the next chapter for all participants.
This Sunday, March 27th, from 1-3 in San Rafael, we will run you through the same workout you did 8 weeks earlier, so we can have measurable results.  We will also provide the body fat testing if you choose to do it.  Please look for a discussion board thread coming soon, where you will find out your heat times.  Please respond there if you cannot make it on Sunday between 1 and 3.  We will try to accommodate scheduling needs as best we can.

A2. Max Pull Ups (supinated grip); 5 sets; rest 2:30

15 Renegade Rows (2 is 1)

Out of Town Workout

2 Rounds for Time
15 Burpees
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
15 Jumping Squats
15 Sprawls (you need to clap hands before you stand up)
